Our guarantee is that we will deliver this specific, precise product to you and will continue to work with you on the product until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will reimburse you with the money you have paid (excluding any bank fees). - The 100% satisfaction guarantee is for any services you paid for from Resume Sharks; any services not paid for cannot be guaranteed.
- Working with Resume Sharks will allow us to improve your job search, but job searches are complex and we cannot guarantee that our service will secure you an interview or a new position. We are professionals but cannot guarantee future results.
- After a period of 2 months, if there is no communication from you in regards to the order being closed between you and Resume Sharks in regards to the specific product(s) ordered, then we will deem the order to be terminated and any guarantee fulfilled.
- It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions when placing an order. These T&Cs may change as we try to provide the best service to you and your continued use is agreement to the changes. In the event of any continued use of our services, it is your responsibility to check the T&Cs. Any disagreement must result in you immediately ceasing to use of our services.
- We are only obligated to engage into contract with you once we accept your order and receive payment. We reserve the right to not accept any order and to withdraw from any goods/services at any time. If we withdraw from services, a full refund will be given. We will not be liable to you or any other person for not accepting an order or withdrawing any goods/services. From time to time, we may require you to upgrade to a more appropriate package (based on your experience) and to pay the difference in cost. Choosing not to constitutes cancellation of your order and will result in withdrawal of services. In this case, a refund will be issued.

- Expedited Turn Around – We may, from time to time, offer expedited turn around times on the following fee schedule: 7 days for an additional $40.00; 5 days for an additional $80.00; and 3 days for an additional $100.00.
